WHAT IF I AM LATE?

You will want to enjoy the full experience if you are having a beauty treatment or any other service, or even having your haircut or coloured. Unfortunately, arriving late will simply mean less time with us, or if they staff are fully booked with back to back booking it may result in having to re-scheduler to another time or even another day. So please ensure you arrive with some time to spare so that you can relax before your treatment.

 

WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL?

We understand that everyone experiences a change of plans from time to time. However, in a busy salon such as ours 24 hours notice is required so that other clients to the salon don’t miss out on the opportunity to enjoy our services.

 

If you have a no show for your appointment already pre booked?

If you do not show up or call to cancel or re-scheduler your app your loyalty points will automatic be deducted from your treat card for non-attendance, and you may have to pay a deposit for your future appointments with us.
